Discover, explore and grow together at Iver Environment Centre!
Wellies in the Woods is a free nature-based programme for families with young children (aged between 2 and 5), combining outdoor adventure, storytelling and creative play. Over eight weekly sessions, families explore the natural world through activities inspired by much-loved children’s books.
Each session encourages parents and children to learn together, building confidence outdoors while developing communication, imagination and early literacy skills. Activities are designed to be simple, engaging and low-cost, so families can continue the fun at home.
There is no cost to take part in Wellies in the Woods, but places are limited and must be booked in advance.
